Well, it's true, the final score is in: 21:10 Steelers. Look at the stats people! Seattle just plain out played the Steelers at the Superbowl (save of course for 2 plays which resulted in Steeler touchdowns). Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against the Steelers, they played just as hard as our boys, but the refs! Friggin' Refs!
I mean seriously, look up the definition of a push-off. Seattle was up 7-0 at the start, not 3-0. And what's with the Steelers touch down, he never crossed the line, look into his eyes as he pushed the ball across the line after he was down, he knew it wasn't in. His team knew it wasn't in. Seattle knew it wasn't in, but yet the pre-payed ref called it in, because he could make a few extra bucks on the game.
The game should have ended up 17-14 Seattle, or perhaps even tied at 14s and let the game come out in OT!
This is by far the WORST ref'ed Superbowl I have ever seen! And to think, I'm an Argo's fan.
