FISHES!!
I have a 29 gallon tank, in the tank I have
- 1 CO2 generator
- 1 Heater
- 1 filter/pump
- 3 rocks
- 1 bogwood
- 14 species of plants
- 8 species of fish
- 2 species of snails
I have to say, the coolest fish I have is my catfish, he hangs out under the rocks and only swims out to annoy the other fish that get too close to him. My Yo-Yo Loaches are super fun too (I now agree with that sign that says "You'll learn to love your bottom feeder"). The larger one pesters the Angel Fish to no end!
I just got some new fish over the weekend. I had four rosy-white tipped Tetra, however, after the first night (last night) there was only three. I suppose one of them was tormented and eaten last night. It's an aweful thought, but it's mother nature weeding out the weak. They are a nice looking fish, so I'm hoping the killer backs off tonight, I like schooling fish. Maybe they should learn from my surviving Danio, to stay at the top is to stay safe!
Well, time to go and train the dog, we're working on "sit", "down", "wait", "spin", "shake", "off" and "come". Chico does well when I have a treat, but not so well when I don't. In fact, I think he's terrorizing my shoes... gotta go!!!
